I recently had the pleasure of working with Rhys and his team from Ingram Group Contracting for a major renovation of my basement following flooding caused by an atmospheric river this past fall. The project included replacing drywall and insulation, installing new flooring, baseboards and trim, painting, installing a new 3-piece bathroom, constructing a new bedroom, and relocating the laundry area. Just near the end of the pandemic Rhys & his team built an extensive addition to our existing house that included a legal 2bdrm suite, games rm, laundry, master bedroom, 2 baths and an oversized garage. They did an amazing job and he was hard working, hands on, honest, reliable and up front for the entire project. The timing of the renovation was during price instability, however somehow he managed to keep things on budget which was amazing and shocking given the size of the project! They transformed our entire house and went above and beyond to make all of our visions become reality even when they were a little crazy. We needed our exterior wood frame and aggregate concrete stairs replaced. It was a small job compared to most, but Rhys came by to look at what was required, and gave us a quote and timeframe when he could fit it in between larger jobs. It was done in the timeframe promised, cost was also as promised, and good quality work done. Very happy with the final product. Good communicator, and provided options along the way. Would recommend and use Ingram Contracting again.
